We will now save our R Leo analysis work to a Peranso project file.
- Select Save in the File menu (or click on
 in the Desktop toolbar) to display the Save As dialog box. Select the folder in which you want to store your analysis results, and enter a file name (e.g., "R Leo analysis") for your project file. Then click the Save button to write the file.
- Select Exit in the File menu to quit Peranso.
- To reload your R Leo analysis results at a later stage, simply launch Peranso. Click the File menu and select the Recent files entry. It displays a list of recently used files. Select your file from the list. Peranso now displays the contents of your R Leo project file.
