Phoranso seamlessly integrates with its companion software Peranso, renowed for its expertise in light curve and period analysis. The integration is facilitated through the Export to Peranso button available in the toolbar of a Light curve window. Here's how to utilize this feature:
- Launch Peranso ensuring you are using version 3.0.4.3 or a more recent release.
- Click the Export to Peranso button in the FS CMi light curve windows.
- Within a moment, the FS CMi light curve window will appear in Peranso, precisely mirroring its location and dimensions from Phoranso. In Peranso, this window is designated as an Observation Window, presenting the target star's data imported from Phoranso.
- In Peranso, you can now leverage a comprehensive array of functionalities on the newly created Observation Window. This includes tasks such as determining the periodicity of FS CMi, removing the outlier observations before submitting AAVSO and CBA Photometric reports and more.
